Good hello, Friends! Happy Wednesday! What is one thing you’re grateful for? I adore this question, it makes you think of the positive in your life. I’m grateful for reading; it’s a low impact hobby on my body so it’s something I can do without adding to my chronic pain. It’s my escape from the craziness of my life from work, to my pain, to my dad being sick. I’m also grateful for CDB products because they have made a world of difference for my pain. I just ordered two new jars!
Now to get to WWW Wednesday! I love these questions because I always want to know what everyone is reading! I would really love for everyone to answer these questions in the comments!
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @Taking On a World of Words, with the rules being to answer the following three questions:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
1. What are you currently reading?
First off, I’m reading Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston (Goodreads). I’m loving this more than I thought I would! Second, I’m reading A Fantasy Writer’s Handbook by Richie Billing (Goodreads), which actually comes out today! Thank you Richie Billing for sending me your book! Again, I’m enjoying it more than I expected just because it’s a nonfiction book on writing I thought it would be not as exciting as fiction, but I’m having fun and learning a lot. The last thing I’m reading that I started just yesterday is The Age of Surveillance Capitalism by Shoshana Zuboff (Goodreads) and I’m only an hour into the audiobook and it’s already getting me thinking…
2. What did you recently finish reading?
I just finished Harry Potter and The Chambers of Secrets by JK Rowling. I listened to this by audiobook and it was a nice break from the intense things I’ve been reading lately. I’m thinking of restarting my reread of the whole series so I can pick up the physical books to annotate! Also just finished a physical book and that was Radio Silence by Alice Oseman (Goodreads). What a great book! Look out for a review soon!
3. What you think you’ll read next?
I can’t decide if I want to start my reread of The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid (Goodreads) or read something new but also queer! what do you think?
As always, thanks for reading!
